Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after 1 hour. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

Returns

We offer returns only for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.Conditions for Return:The damaged product must be reported within 2 days of delivery.The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund for the purchase amount. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Please note that cash on delivery (COD) orders are eligible for returns only if the product is damaged upon delivery and reported within 2 days as per the conditions mentioned above.
